"Rough Experience on Mobile"
I tried using the site on my phone it was frustrating. The pages kept jumping around, some buttons didn’t seem to load properly, and checkout felt like it just froze. I mean, you’d expect the basics to work on mobile at this point. I spent way too long trying before I finally gave up. Definitely not a good mobile experience

"Felt Dumb for Trusting Them"

I was already feeling overwhelmed when I tried to reorder my pump supplies, and this whole process just made it worse. The website showed that my order was fine, but then I started getting emails asking me for the same information again. When I called, I got a different answer every time. One person told me it had shipped, and another said it was still waiting on insurance. Weeks later, I still don’t have the supplies I need. I’m exhausted from having to keep chasing them down for something so basic. If I had another option, I wouldn’t use them again.

My sister had mentioned the site to me, so I figured I’d give it a try, and the steps were clear enough that I didn’t have to click around forever trying to figure out what came next. I had a frustrating experience with their billing. The amount they originally showed me wasn’t the same as what I ended up being charged, and getting a straight answer took way too much back and forth. I felt left in the dark most of the time, like nobody could really explain what was happening. I wouldn’t use them again unless you’re willing to watch every single charge closely.

I was a bit cautious going into it because I like to make sure everything is legit before trusting a company with insurance details. But in the end, everything checked out. They took care of the insurance side of things, and my pump arrived like they said it would. The only downside was that the shipping updates were a little slow, which made me slightly uneasy at first, but nothing actually went wrong. Overall, I’d feel comfortable using them again

"Felt Like I Had to Chase Them the Whole Time"
I reached out to Aeroflow about an issue with my pump order, it felt like I just kept getting the same copy-and-paste responses. Every time I asked for an update, it was someone new replying, but nothing was actually getting resolved. Am I wrong for expecting a little more follow-through? By the time they finally got back to me again, it was already too late to really help. I felt like I had to keep chasing them for basic information, and it was just really frustrating. I don’t think I’d use them again.

It was nice not having to run all over the place for pump stuff, so I’ll give them that. But the updates were slow, and I ended up having to check back a few times, which was kind of on them. Not a terrible experience, just would've been smoother if they kept me in the loop better.

I got my breast pump through Aeroflow and it’s been good so far. The suction is strong enough for me, and it’s not super loud, which I really appreciate. The parts feel solid too, like decent quality overall. My only thing is I do wish it was a little easier to clean, because cleaning pump parts gets old fast. But overall, overall I’m happy with it and glad I went through Aeroflow

The flanges and replacement tubing I needed were either not listed, out of stock, or only certain brands would show up. I ended up having to buy things somewhere else because I couldn’t just sit around and wait. Customer service was nice enough, but it didn’t really solve the issue. For basic breast pump supplies, I expected more options to be available...
